Here you will find quick answers about our relocation services to Germany, for individuals leaving Germany, as well as apartment search – including the search for a permanent residence in Berlin.

Previously it was fritsche.berlin, now it is inFACTIS. What has changed in the company?

In essence, nothing has changed in our structure, our team, or the quality of our services.
We remain the same company, with the same commitment, professionalism, and personalized support.

fritsche.berlin was our trade name, used when our activities were primarily focused on Berlin. With the growth of the company and the expansion of our services throughout Germany, we began using our official brand name:

inFACTIS – relocation services.

The change reflects our evolution and geographical expansion while maintaining the same values, the same team, and the same standard of excellence.

Permanent Apartment Search

How does the search of a permanent apartment in Berlin work?
Our permanent apartment search service in Germany supports you from the analysis of your profile and the current housing market to full assistance with real estate agencies and landlords, including professionally supervised move-in and submission protocols.
What are the requirements to rent an apartment in Germany?
To start the service, all required documentation must be complete, including: a positive SCHUFA report, Certificate of rent paid in full, a valid residence permit (if required) with a validity of more than one year, an identity document, as well as a valid German employment contract. With these documents, we can start the search safely and efficiently.
Are there income requirements to rent an apartment in Germany?
Yes. In general, real estate agencies require that the monthly net income covers between 2.5 and 3 times the rent (warm rent / Warmmiete). This requirement may vary depending on the agency and landlord.
Is it possible to find an apartment in Germany without being in the country?
For long-term rentals, it is not possible to complete the process entirely remotely, as some documents are only available once you are registered in Germany (for example, Anmeldung). For furnished apartments, the entire process can be handled remotely, including document submission, photos, and full support.
Is there a limit to the number of apartment viewings?
There is no fixed limit to the number of viewings for private clients. During the initial call, we define the most efficient way to organize viewings, ensuring that each one is strategic and makes the best use of your time.
Does the support continue after the apartment has been selected?
Yes. The service goes beyond choosing the apartment and includes rental contract translation (summary) and a documented handover to the real estate agency. At every stage, you receive support from our service team during business hours, as well as continuous guidance from our consultants.
I have already found an apartment but feel unsure. Can I book support only for documentation and move-in?
Yes. We offer a dedicated service to assist you with documentation, communication with the real estate agency or landlord, and the move-in process, all backed by a professional protocol for your assurance. This service can be booked independently, depending on your situation.

Is your situation different?

If you did not find exactly what you are looking for or need more specific support, our service team is here to listen, answer your questions, and help you find the best solution for your situation.
